Title was confirmed during the 3rd episode of Dying 2 Know at Gamescom 2021 and the Dying Light Platinum Edition version will have exclusive features
During the 3rd episode of Dying 2 Know, which took place at Gamescom 2021, Techland officially announced that Dying Light Platinum Edition will be released for Nintendo Switch.
Game design leader Tymon Smektala said fans will be able to play the edition with the most content included on the hybrid console together with friends. The release date, however, has not yet been released. A single game of Dying Light Platinum Edition will secure over 100 hours of gameplay, and numerous additional adventures when played with friends in co-op mode. The physical edition of the Nintendo Switch game will contain:
- Dying Light game card;
- Survival guide with important tips and tricks on how to survive in the restricted area;
- Two-sided map;
- Unique stickers.
