A new season of Rainbow Six Siege is coming. Ubisoft has just released High Caliber, the fourth and final season of the year 6 of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, which is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X and PC, including subscription service Ubisoft+. New content includes the Thorn operator, a revamped version of the Outback map, different colors for teams and a Battle Pass with a brand new weapon, among other updates.
Thorn is a Defender equipped with proximity detonators Razorbloom Shells, which can be launched by the character and, once triggered, start a countdown until generating an explosion. The operator has medium speed and armor levels, and can still use a UZK50Gi or an M870 as a primary weapon, and a 1911 TACOPS or C75-AUTO as a secondary.
In addition, the Outback map has been redesigned to increase players' balance and comfort. Both the main buildings and the outdoor area have been modified to allow Attackers to create and execute more efficient strategies. New walls have also been added to the building and some zones remodeled and cleaned up to provide better sight lines and more balance for players.
