More about the fifth season of Call of Duty Warzone
The trailer guarantees the focus on the stadium and the nuclear weapons that reside in a Verdansk bunker. As we reported earlier, there are rumors that the Stadium will open for season 5, and a loot train that circulates the map carrying weapons and armor plates to all corners of Verdansk may arrive. It certainly looks like a big change is coming to the Call of Duty: Warzone map and, as we recently reported, these changes are likely to reveal the next game in the Call of Duty series - which is called Black Ops: Cold War or potentially Black Ops: CIA.
So far, we know that the Armistice, the military alliance led by Captain Price, formed between the Coalition and Alliance factions to overthrow the terrorist group Al-Qatala, has fallen. The treaty collapsed and "chaos ensued".
Join the Shadow Company, a trio of operators with “actionable information” determined to get the job done right. You can read more about them on the Activision blog, but the trio is made up of what may be ex-alliance operators who have become impatient with Captain Price's progress - or lack thereof. The three operators are Rozlin “Roze” Helms (whom you’ll recognize as the featured operator on the fourth season’s loading page, Velikan, and Marcus “Lerch” Ortega, who heads the company.
The teaser does not provide details about the upcoming Season 5 Battle Pass or any other word about the season’s content, but if you’re looking to progress through the Season 4 battle pass, you’ll have a week to do so. I'm so close to getting that skin.
