How much is the cheapest Axie?

The cheapest Axie on sale now costs about $200. And the most expensive Axie ever sold was for 300 ETH (about $620.000 today). To play, you will need to buy three Axies using Ethereum (ETH).

Archetype 1: The Collector

The blockchain is great for securing scarcity and ownership. Many of the community members love to collect rare and limited supply Axies. There will never be more than 4088 Origin axies, that is, those first axies released along with the game. This is a very low offer and people love limited assets!

Origin Axies come with special tags and these tags are represented in the blockchain. Origin axies will also have a special victory pose when they win in the arena! Also, we love the company's idea of using source axies as passports to different experiences. For example, the Axie Infinity closed beta was exclusive to all Original Axies holders, while non-Origin Axies players had to wait for the open beta.

Mystic Axies

Mystical Parts are special body parts found only in some of the Origin Axies. These parts will never be created again and cannot be inherited. Mystic Parts have different art than their corresponding Common Parts and can evolve into Legendary Parts. One of the cheapest Mystic Axies ever to appear on Market Place it cost around 63 ETH (something close to R$969.820,12), a much higher value than the common Axies you'll find for sale.

When Origin Axies are created, each of the 6 body parts has a 1/18 chance of having a mystical part. This means that each “Axie of Origin” has about a 33% chance of owning a Mystic part. Axies can also have more than one part with mystical status and these, called “double mystics”, “triples” and “quadruples”, are even more rare and valuable. Based on the math, IF all the AOC (Axie Origin Coins) are redeemed and the hard cap is hit, there should only be about 1453 Mystic Axies in the game.

Low ID Axies

Another group of Axies with limited supply are the “Low ID” Axies. Currently, 2-digit Axies are listed far above their higher ID counterparts. As the game progresses and more Axies are born, all current Axies can be considered low ID! Of course, these Low ID axies are also valuable and rare. The rarer the Axie, the more expensive. At the time of writing this article, the Axie with the lowest Id is number #5 and costs a trifle of R$ 9.164.987.472,78.

Meo Corp Axies

The Axies Meo Corp only come from eggs sold at the Axie Egg Lab. The Egg Lab is implemented in “seasons” and once the Lab for a season ends, the label will change to reflect this. Currently in the Store you can find Axies Meo Corp I and II.

Archetype 2: The Fighter

Axie Infinity was released with a vision to bring true utility to non-fungible tokens. The first and most important feature that has been implemented for this is the battle system. Many players have built their collections based on the Axies they believe are the most menacing and powerful to use in battle.

Although the meta is constantly evolving, some Axies will probably always be good in battle due to their combinations of attributes and moves. We talk in more detail about archetypes and how Axie Infinity battles work. this article, but let's go quickly here by topic.

Tanks

A good Axie Tank is one that has a lot of hit points and is usually placed on the front line. They aim to protect their comrades from enemy attacks. Tanks typically have high HP and high defense skills. Also, Plant, Reptile and Aquatic Axies have the highest base HP of the Axie classes, so tanks tend to be one of those classes.

DPS

An Axie who is a good damage dealer comes with high morale and high damage hits. These damage axies aim, of course… to do massive damage and cut enemy Axies like butter. These Axies typically have a high morale stat and high damage battle moves. If you want to know what Moral and Last Stand is, check out our article on Axie Infinity gameplay.

Supports

A support Axie that can heal your Allies (Strawberry + Silence) and deal poison damage (Yam) to enemies. Supporting axies can play a variety of roles. Some players look for Axies that can heal their Allies while dealing damage or applying debuffs to enemy Axies. There is some flexibility here and players can get creative when adding support Axies to their team.

Axies' legendary skill in Axie Infinity?

One of the reasons Mystic Axies are so prized is that not only do they have improved aesthetics and limited supply, but Mystic Parts are the only ones that can be upgraded into Legendary Body Parts. The legendary battle moves will be quite powerful and will add greater versatility to any Axie blessed to receive one.

In Axie Infinity, each Axie has a set of four cards or “abilities” that they can use during battle to defeat the enemy team. Although there are over 130 cards available in the game, only a few stand out. In this guide, we've listed some of the best cards/skills for each Axie class. These cards offer the best value in terms of stats and offensive/defensive effects. The cards depend on the parts of the Axie, for example, to have the card "Hammer Carrot" the axie must have a carrot tail.
