With a new Catalyst, the Witch of the Favonius Knights gained a new interest from the players, so let's talk about the best build for Lisa in Genshin Impact
Lisa Minci is a unique character in Genshin Impact. His tranquil appearance and sleepy look belies a sharp and powerful mind. The powerful Witch of the Favonius Knights is so special that, while studying at the prestigious academy in Sumeru, she just thought “It would be good if I had a Sight” and, at the same moment, she gained her Sight.
Now, with the arrival of Inazuma, a new catalyst has been added to the game and, with that, interest in the character has been renewed. So, let's talk a little bit about the best Builds for Lisa in Genshin Impact, so you can enjoy the character and enjoy her amazing electro powers.
Meet Lisa Minci
Lisa is a proficient witch; as such, she likes everything related to the elements and items that would help her in her understanding of them. Despite her position as a librarian, Lisa takes this a little too easily, as she seems to be relatively bored dealing with regular books, preferring those in the restricted section. She still takes the job seriously, however, as she goes to personally collect the books that are late for return, she does it in a way that she can still enjoy some fun (at least I think she does).
When Lisa gets angry, the air around her is electrified in part due to her Electro Vision. This usually occurs whenever someone does not return one of the borrowed books on time, or if they are damaged or stolen. She also has a knack for dealing with drunk people on the streets of Mondstadt (and drunks seem to enjoy that).
Lisa seems to like the traveler a lot, so she sometimes flirts with him by being affectionate calling him “cute”, “cute”, or “darling”. Lisa herself says in her Teapot dialogue that the Traveler is special to her, saying he means different things. Lisa's dialogues about Jean and Jean about Lisa also indicate that they like each other a lot.
Build for Lisa in Genshin Impact
Lisa, one of the free characters from Genshin Impact, is an Electro element mage who has a witch's hat, a seductive smile and a tired look that hides a powerful user of the game's catalyst. She is the group's librarian and, if well crafted, can be useful to any team of characters. Looking for a versatile character to compose your teams? Be it like a DPS, Sub-DPS or Burst?
So, the head librarian of the Knights of Favonius is one of the free characters you can use. And, the best part is that it's free and you can unlock it right from the start of the game. She is primarily, in her easiest-to-build role, a support character who specializes in electrical abilities, while inflicting a status debuff that increases the damage enemies take when hit by subsequent lightning strikes.
Compared to the rest of the Electro characters, Lisa has an important advantage here is that she is also a free character to unlock, meaning you won't have to use wishes or shop purchases to unlock her. When compared to the rest of the Genshin Impact characters, she's probably one of the best if well equipped, and her electrical abilities are a big part of that.
If you are looking for a good sub-DPS and elemental burst for your team then this is the best build for Lisa. She is mainly focused on stunning enemies with the use of her electro abilities, while boosting her attack and generating an amount of energy so she can recover her attacks. So let's start talking about build.
Build for Lisa Focused on Support
The best build for Lisa is a support build focused on strengthening her Elemental Blast skill. It's particularly useful for dealing with elite bosses, which create a large area of electro damage and can be deadly if combined well with a DPS like Keqing or Hu Tao. Keeping enemies in the damage area while attacking with other pyro or electro element characters will cause monsters to pop into the air while being destroyed by the reaction of the supercharged, for example.
And if you're still not convinced that Lisa is a powerful character, there are still a lot of combinations you should consider using. When Lisa is using one of her attacks against multiple enemies at the same time, they are all affected by the Electro element and can be hit by different elements for a bonus damage.
If you want to prepare Lisa for damage, equip the Celestial Atlas it is the safest way. It increases Lisa's elemental damage with a significant bonus, while also allowing her normal attacks to gain a 50% chance to spawn clouds that attack nearby enemies for 15 seconds. They can spawn at least once every 30 seconds and deal at least 160% of Lisa's attack damage. When fully updated, it reaches 320%
The new weapon included in the game, the Hakushin's Ring, seems to be perfect for her. After the character with this weapon equipped triggers an Electro reaction, surrounding team members with Elemental Type involved in the reaction will take 10-20% Additional Element Damage for 6s. Additional damage taken by the character in this way cannot be stacked.
On the other hand, you might want to equip the Favonius Codex to help recharge energy quickly. Critical hits have at least a 60% chance (up to 100%) to spawn an elemental orb. This regenerates six energy points for the character and occurs at least once every 12 seconds, or up to six seconds when fully refreshed.
For artifacts, you could increase the Old Royal Ritual with a massive 20% increase in Elemental Blast damage and the ability to increase the party member's attack by 20% for 12 seconds (unfortunately this doesn't stack).
Alternatively, opt for the set angry thunder which gives a 15% electrical damage bonus, and also increases elemental reaction damage from Overcharge, Electrocharged, and Superconductor by 40% once every 0,8 seconds. Triggering any of these effects decreases the cooldown of elemental abilities by one second. If you're just playing free characters, Amber and Kaeya offer plenty of chances to trigger Superconductor and Supercharged, so it's worth investing in the Raging Thunder set when possible.

Elemental Skill: Violet Bow

Press the button: Unleash a chasing lightning orb.
On hit, inflicts Electro Damage and applies a stack of Conductive effect (maximum 3 stacks) to enemies in a small AdE
hold down: After a long period of channeling, summons lightning bolts from the skies, inflicting massive Electro Damage to all nearby enemies based on the number of Conductions effect stacks applied to them, and removing their Conduction effects.
Elemental Blast: Pink Lightning
Summons a Lightning Rose that releases lightning that surrounds enemies and deals electrical damage. This will continuously emit lightning bolts to knock enemies down, dealing electrical damage while it persists.
This is the best build for Lisa in Genshin Impact we've tested so far. If you can combine Lisa with a cryo, pyro or other electro character (to ensure resonance), you can get the full potential of that character. Again, as we've commented on in our Genshin Impact playable characters guide: tier lists are made mostly based on the author's personal taste and have little to do with the effectiveness of the characters themselves. So, look for the best ways to build the characters you like. They are more effective than the character you don't have an affinity for, but is used because you "saw it on the tier list".
