New games
Check out the new games coming in September for PC, consoles and mobile

The game was released on two Nintendo platforms: the Wii and Nintendo DS and will now arrive in a remastered version for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. On Wii, the game has the same style as Sonic Unleashed; on the DS, like Sonic Rush, but different in some ways, being less geared towards speed and focusing on platforming and puzzles. Sonic is equipped with a new ability (Double Jump) a double jump that guarantees more dynamics during the “2D” stages.

Sonic meets the Wisps and each of them gains a different power, such as running faster (laser), turning a drill and drilling the ground (drill), becoming a ball of thorns (spike), turning a cube (cube) and even a rocket (rocket). Both the Wii and DS versions have exclusive Wisps.

The stages are planets captured and modified by Eggman's amusement park, and each planet, on the Wii, is divided into 7 acts, with 6 stages and a boss; in DS, the division is in 4 acts, being 3 phases and a boss. At the end of each act, Sonic arrives at a capsule where several Wisps are imprisoned, destroying the capsule and freeing the aliens to go to the next act until reaching the boss.

The game will be released now for Xbox One and PS4 on September 7th.

New games
Check out the new games coming in September for PC, consoles and mobile

It is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox X/S Series. The seventeenth main entry in the Tales series, was originally planned to be released in 2020 only for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but was pushed back to September 2021 due to internal quality issues and the ability to release the game simultaneously on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, in addition to their originally targeted platforms. The game follows two people from the opposite worlds of Dahna and Rena.

Developed by a team composed of veterans and newcomers to the series, the goal was to revitalize the Tales series. Minoru Iwamoto, one of several artists who worked on Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Berseria, returns as a character designer and art director. The game is built using Unreal Engine 4.

Like previous games in the series, Tales of Arise is an action RPG, although its gameplay has gone through unspecified changes as part of its development goals, while retaining the basic Tales battle system, dubbed the Linear Motion Battle System. The game will have a big focus on evasion and counterattack, with Tales of Graces, a 2009 entry praised for its combat, cited as inspiration.

Unlike many of the previous titles in the series, the game will not feature multiplayer, with the development team deciding to focus on multiple character interactions in combat, including the addition of the “Boost Strike” feature, allowing multiple party members to perform destructive attacks together under certain conditions.

Lost in Random is an action adventure game developed by Zoink and published by Electronic Arts. Part of the EA Originals program, the game is scheduled to be released for Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Series S in September 2021.

Lost in Random is an action-adventure game played from a third-person perspective. Combat takes place in arenas that look like a game board. Players must roll Dicey to progress and Even will only be safe when he reaches the final piece of the board. In combat, the player can use Even's slingshot.. Although it didn't damage enemies, opponents hit by its slingshot would drop energy cubes that would fuel Dicey.

Once the Dicey is fully stocked, players can roll the dice and time will be temporarily stopped. During this period, players can select the card they wish to use, which is the only way to damage enemies. There are five different types of cards (weapon, damage, defense, danger and fraud), offering different gameplay advantages and combat abilities.

For example, one of the cards turns Dicey into an explosive cube, while another allows players to place traps. Cards can be obtained by collecting coins. As players progress, new cards are won and they regain Dicey's lost pips, which would allow Even to roll higher numbers during combat.

The game also features light RPG elements. When Dicey and Even are exploring the Realm of Random, they will encounter several unplayable characters. The game features a dialog wheel that allows players to select dialog options while chatting with NPCs.

WarioWare: Get It Together! is a minigame compilation developed jointly by Nintendo EPD and Intelligent Systems for the Nintendo Switch. It is the tenth installment of the WarioWare series, after WarioWare Gold (2018) for the Nintendo 3DS, and was announced at E3 2021 during the presentation of Nintendo Direct. A demo of the game released on Nintendo eShop on August 19, 2021. The game is scheduled for worldwide release on September 10, 2021.

In this game, Wario and his friends have been sucked into their latest gaming device, which means that they themselves must participate in the minijgames. As such, the game has up to two players controlling a group of characters, randomly switching between them between minigames.

Characters are controlled using the directional stick and a single button, with each character behaving differently in the way they move and the actions they can take. For example, Wario flies a jetpack and can perform a shoulder lunge, Mona switches between automatically riding her scooter and controlling a boomerang in the air, and 18 volts fires CDs from a stationary position and can only move by hooking on rings.

These unique abilities mean that each character has different ways to finish the same minigame. For example, a minigame that requires turning a windmill can be eliminated by physically pushing the windmill or hitting it with projectiles.

Deathloop - September 14th

New games
Check out the new games coming in September for PC, consoles and mobile

Deathloop has the player in the role of Colt, an assassin who is trapped in a loop of time, waking up on a beach on the island of Blackreef. The other residents of Blackreef, a former army base where strange experiments were carried out, invested in the island and gathered tonight to throw a party that seems to go on forever, as at the end of each night, the island returns to the beginning of the party in this time loop.

Because of this reset, party participants do not pay attention to their actions or deeds, as they wake up at the beginning of the loop with no memories or effects from the previous loop. Although Colt is part of this loop, he retains the memories of each loop, learning the behaviors and patterns of the participants in each loop.

Colt was tasked with destroying eight targets across the island before midnight, as leaving only one alive will reset the time loop and undo its work. Also, if Colt dies before eliminating the eight targets, he will wake up at the beginning of the loop. Unlike The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask , another game with a time loop running in real time, the time loop in Deathloop it is not strictly timed and aims to give players more time and freedom to eliminate these eight targets in a loop.

The player uses a combination of stealth, parkour, attack skills, gadgets and powers as in Arkane's previous Dishonored and Preygames to move around the game world, avoid or eliminate guards, and learn Colt's target patterns to figure out the right order to eliminate them using weapons, melee attacks or other environmental means.

-- Advertising --

The game features a multiplayer aspect in which the player can alternatively assume the role of Julianna, an agent in charge of protecting the time loop and eliminating Colt. When the player assumes this role, he enters a random player's game and can interfere with their game. The multiplayer part is optional and players can prevent others from taking Julianna's role in their game, leaving it to a computer-controlled opponent to try to stop Colt.

Game will be released for Playstation 5 and PC.

The game is scheduled to be released on Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Series S in September 2021

The remaster mainly updates the original game graphics and network functions and does not change any of your item systems or game balance. Resurrected supports 4K graphics resolution and Dolby Surround 7.1 sound.

Blizzard has added minor convenience updates, leaving the basic gameplay unchanged. The addition of a Shared Stash allows players to transfer items between their own characters, compared to the original game, which involved a tertiary “mule” character to facilitate the transfer. Players can toggle automatic gold collection, display ground items and other minor updates. The game now reminds players to spend skill points and remembers that skill point allocation is permanent.
